It's been years since I've been to Muir Woods. I can't wait to see the redwood trees and hike some of the trails.

Rita Poon 4/29/2022 9:12 PMSince I've been working from home, I find my work days are longer. After I log off now, I leave the house to take a walk. It's my mental break before I have to start dinner and do other things. It's important for all of us to take care of ourselves. -

Although I have many 'actions' on 'autopilot', i.e., they are deliberate parts of my lifestyle, I have had little room and time to explore new things. It has emphasized to me how important it is to have things baked into one's day-to-day life. -
