REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & Ecosystems Reduce Single-Use PlasticsWhat plastic or single-use items do you regularly use? What did you substitute or could be substituted?
Lisa Woodward 4/29/2022 9:35 AMShampoo and conditioner bottles. I have placed my first order to a bar shampoo. I see so many people sponsoring this, I hope it was not just about the paycheck. Super excited to give this a try. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Equity Learn About Gender DiversityWhy is equity for gender diverse individuals important for a just and sustainable society?
Lisa Woodward 4/27/2022 7:48 AMSociety is sustainable when all voices are heard, valued and allowed to be creative. We don't get there alone, we get there as a team inclusive of all. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEducation & Livelihood Work-Life BalanceHow does practicing a work-life balance create a more sustainable life for you? How might it contribute to sustainability more broadly?
Lisa Woodward 4/22/2022 3:00 PMI am able to focus more during work hours. I know that once I have completed the task I can transition my energy to things I enjoy, like time with my family. walking the dog or being out doors. By setting my own schedule and time blocking, I am able to enjoy my time on the weekends worry free. So it goes both ways, when I am at work, work is 100% my focus and when I am off, fun and family and occasionally a nap is my focus. -
Lisa Woodward 4/14/2022 11:18 AMYes, they are Stasher brand. Costly, but worth it for the very reason you described below. My BF was one step ahead of me so she warned me about the quality. I am looking forward them having the zipper at the top version like the progression of ziplock bags.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Equity Spend Time OutsideWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Lisa Woodward 4/14/2022 8:39 AMI use the time my son is at practice to walk around the high school track, rather than drive home and return to get him 3 hours later. I reduce pollution by not adding a trip and I get some quiet time in to myself. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & Security [WSP Custom Action] Learn about Water Conservation and EquityIn your community, what are the best ways to engage the public? How would you spread the word about water conservation programs?
Lisa Woodward 4/12/2022 10:14 AMTaking transit and pulling out my solar power brick of links to small talk with some strangers about clean energy and it is a small leap to talk about water conservation items. -
Lisa Woodward 4/07/2022 11:47 AMTaking the bus or train is a great way to get in a short morning walk and get your body and mind energized for a work day while reducing emission in the air. With gas prices so high, why not give it a try! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & Security Take 5-Minute Or Less ShowersWith 5-minute or less showers reducing your water footprint, what do you plan to add next to your water conservation habits?
Lisa Woodward 4/07/2022 11:45 AMI think it has been a while since we last looked at our faucet flows and may be time to update them again. This will help reduce excess water when washing hands or brushing teeth.
