    I do see unequal domestic work distribution, as per survey women do 2.5 times more in unpaid domestic work compared to men, which impacts their career progression and higher education to participate and represent themselves in community.

    The linking factor was pandemic, which affecting existing issues like inequality, inclusivity, health and well-being, refugee crisis and violence against women.

    Every year, I plant lots of flower seeds around my backyard — mostly a variety of zinnias, sunflowers, and marigolds. I love watching the butterflies visit every day. And sometimes I spot a bee!

    I am replacing areas of my lawn with plants that need little water to survive and also using mulch to help with water retention.

    I feel the linking factor was urbanization, which leads to greenhouse gas emission, global average temp rise, marine pollution, deforestation and eventually, loss of bio diversity.

    My water comes from Sebago Lake, which I lived on for 2 years. It is the deepest lake in Maine (316 feet!), and I can speak to the clarity of the water. It is truly a precious resource.
