I do see unequal domestic work distribution, as per survey women do 2.5 times more in unpaid domestic work compared to men, which impacts their career progression and higher education to participate and represent themselves in community.

I feel the linking factor was urbanization, which leads to greenhouse gas emission, global average temp rise, marine pollution, deforestation and eventually, loss of bio diversity.

I recommend you to watch the movie ‘Don’t look up’ it’s not a documentary I promise :) its more of a dark comedy and food for thought about human nature and Climate Denial.  I always wondered why grown ups need persuasion to protect nature..apparently we do so to protect ourselves - If you're in denial, you're trying to protect yourself by refusing to accept the truth about something that's happening in your life,” the Mayo Clinic.. read more about Climate Denial and use it in your day to day communication about eco challenge.

Frozen peas have been on my staple list however I was not fully convinced about frozen berries, glad to know that frozen berry retain more nutrients than dried and fresh ones.

Our actions are based on how we think and feel, in my experience the change in action will come naturally when we are conscious and truly understand that natural resources are limited and non-renewable.

Recently I’ve learnt a lot about depleting soil health due to urbanisation of agriculture land and a number of other reasons. By increasing biodiversity of soil we address the whole ecosystem of climate.

Had wonderful opportunity to attend a very inspirational Save the Soil event today in Brussels driven by Sadhguru and hosted by Patrizia Heidegger the Director of  Global Policies and Sustainability of European Environmental Bureau, goal of the movement is to address soil crises by bring people together to stand up for Soils Health and to institute national policies and actions towards increasing organic content in the soil, I will be spreading the word within my network, please support the cause and visit savesoil.org
