Definitely energy levels will be higher as we sweat out to remove cortisol and unwanted hormones from the body which create anxiety. Experiencing the reality and relating it to the studies. Anything I can help them with in the journey and also thanking them being part of my life - this is really striking everyone since this is kind of gratitude practise and care giving. Just listening to them for 15 mins...

April 27 at 6:24 AMI was practising this already but stopped for a while as family takes care of these activities since long time (COVID lockdown). Thanks for reminding me back to the routine - I started consciously doing this to support family and at the same time increasing my awareness on how much I use/waste everyday.

Mindful walking, mindful cooking, mindful dish washing.. Just be present, and you are already actively engaged in living a mindful life
