REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & Ecosystems Learn About Invasive SpeciesWhat is one invasive species in your region and how does it impact your region's ecosystem?
Augusto Luis Labos 4/26/2022 3:15 AMDoesn't mean that one specie is thriving that it is already a good sign that the ecosystem is healing. Example squirrels in BGC! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEducation & Livelihood Take Emerson’s Sustainability TrainingWhat did you think of the training? What new concepts did you learn?
Augusto Luis Labos 4/26/2022 3:14 AMI like the training. Hoping the new training modules will be released! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & Ecosystems Calculate Your Carbon ImpactWhat is one way you will reduce your carbon foorprint? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your carbon footprint?
Augusto Luis Labos 4/08/2022 5:01 AMTo buy more locally produced products. I do want to eat healthier. I actually plan to "copy" the menu in a restaurant in Podium. It's called "the daily cut" they have slightly pricey meals but I think it consists a more healthier diet than the ones Im currently consuming now -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEconomy & Communities Induction CookingWould you consider using an induction cooking surface? If you have used one before, what do you like about induction cooking?
Augusto Luis Labos 4/08/2022 4:59 AMYes! I am currently using and induction cooker right now. I did not know that there were environmental benefits. The building admin just doesn't allow gas cooking. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEconomy & Communities Carry My TrashWhat one thing will you do right away to reduce your waste? What is the second thing you will do?
Augusto Luis Labos 4/08/2022 4:08 AM- Number 1 contributor to my household waste is my dog's waste. I usually put disposable potty pads so he can pee/poop in the safety of my home. One thing is to use the reusable potty pads, however, I still need to check since by using the reusable one, then I'll just shift the environmental burden to the natural resources by using water to clean the pad. hmmmm.
- To maximize my resources. I think resource efficiency is still the best way to go when it comes to reducing waste also to segregate the waste. Sometimes, when waste are mixed, then the landfill won't get to maximize that waste again

Augusto Luis Labos 4/08/2022 4:01 AMI can express my personality by defining my style and invest to clothes that lasts. You can always "upcycle" your clothes or mix and match them-
