Alyssa Passarelli 4/20/2022 1:55 PMI definitely notice a difference in how I stand up straight when I allow myself time away from my computer and phone by being outside. Even if it is just for a few minutes a few times a day to let my dog outside, it is also time for me take in the smell of the grass and fresh air. -
