    It is easy for me to express my ideas when having constructive conversation. The challenge for me is to provide negative feedback. In my opinion, it helps anyone to have a constructive conversation by listening carefully to the other person, being mindful in the moment and showing empathy & compassion.

    In my opinion, the culture of spending most of its time inside and on screens can cause dangerous implications like obesity, lack of connectedness with "real" human beings, lack of empathy and compassion, increased stress levels and thereby health issues.

    I wanted to highlight 2 interesting things I discovered when zooming in on my region (Colorado Springs) that I want to dig deeper into: 1) There are 6 solar energy resources here, and 2) There are miles and miles of abandoned railroad (20+ miles!)

    I really liked the article on cultural appropriation vs. cultural appreciation.  I found the example the author gave insightful: If you want to buy your baby a pair of little moccasins, buy them from a legitimate organization that has been federally or state recognized as a certified tribal artisan.
