I will practice actively listening to a friend, family member, co-worker, peer, or someone who has a different experience/identity for 2 conversations per day.

I will replace 10 minute(s) per day typically spent inside (computer time, watching television, etc.) with quality time outside exercising, enjoying the sunrise/sunset, gardening, journaling, or practicing gratitude for nature.

Each day, I will make my sustainable actions visible through a lawn sign, bumper sticker, pin, t-shirt, social media or other ways.

I will use the communication methods I read about to practice effective, compassionate, and nonviolent communication with someone I interact with regularly (i.e., my roommate, parents, co-worker, partner, classmates, or children).

During the workday, I will schedule time for daily rest during work days to practice work-life balance.

For an upcoming vacation, I will plan a staycation in my region.
