Grandkids Trash and Recycling Pick Up Day

Schedule a Grandkids Trash and Recycling Pick Up Day to clean up our neighborhood. Now that the snow has melted, trash, soda and beer cans and bottles have been discarded on the side of the road of wooded and field areas. This year we will need to bring a wagon or wheel barrel with containers to separate the trash from the recyclables. My Grandkids love to use their Reacher/Grabber tools!

    Throughout the month of April, I've become more aware of my surroundings and my impact on our planet.
    I've always been a recycler.  I reused the wine bottle below to root plant cuttings.  It's a great feeling!

    I can't believe tomorrow is April 30th.  This month has flown by!  This Ecochallenge has been a fun learning experience!  I know working together, each and every one of us has and will continue to make a positive change to better tomorrow's world!
