  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Basic Needs & Security
What is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?

After a meal, I put water in left in glasses or melted ice in my watering can used for my houseplants rather than discarding in the sink.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Education & Livelihood
How do you create new sustainability-related habits or change bad habits?

New habits, for me, start with planning intentional time to reflect and to evaluate ... in other words, giving focused attention. With this EcoChallenge, my new habit - which is very modest - is to reduce takeout meals where containers cannot be recycled.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Climate & Ecosystems
What area of climate action are you most passionate about and why?

Clean water and equitable access to it.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

Slow but sure negative impact on personal well-being ... too much sitting, shoulders beginning to slump in.
