Would you consider using an induction cooking surface? If you have used one before, what do you like about induction cooking?

Yes. They don't really appear to be that different than electric cooktops.  If I'm ever considering a new stove, I'll look into them,

Basic Needs & Security Get To Know Your Watershed
What watershed do you live in presently? What is something interesting or unique about your watershed?

Rocky River.  It has lots of protected areas which doesn't surprise me with the Metroparks.  Although I live by the Rocky River, I fully expected the watershed to be the Great Lakes/Lake Erie, so that was an interesting find.  I am interested in what kinds of conservancy efforts are being done for the river beyond creating protected areas.  Also how they are looking to protect/continue cleaning up Lake Erie as they also plan to continue developing the lake front!

I like this. Simple wording, but clever as we (or at least I) associate blue with water and green with life. An easy reminder about how important taking care of the Earth is!

Couldn’t be more salty that it is April 18 & snowing, but it sure does look pretty.
