    I spent the today at the Framingham Earth Day celebration. It was a beautiful sunny day. There were many educational booths, lots of participation and tons of people. Just a great day!

    Active listening allowed me to understand my customers needs which allowed me to design a system that will meet those needs and help not only his family but our community at large.
