Basic Needs & Security Know Your Produce
What surprised you about the two produce lists? How will you use these lists for your grocery shopping? Have you used these lists before?

Many on the lists did not surprise me.  I was surprised that corn and cabbage were on the clean 15.   We will be going to look for organic versions of the dirty dozen from now on.  I had not used these lists before.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

Spending no time outside you lose your connection to the natural world and add to your stress. It feels good to be out working in my yard.
