REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & Security Know Your ProduceWhat surprised you about the two produce lists? How will you use these lists for your grocery shopping? Have you used these lists before?
Karen Rondeau-Brigham 4/16/2022 12:33 PMMany on the lists did not surprise me. I was surprised that corn and cabbage were on the clean 15. We will be going to look for organic versions of the dirty dozen from now on. I had not used these lists before. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Equity Spend Time OutsideWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Karen Rondeau-Brigham 4/11/2022 2:34 PMSpending no time outside you lose your connection to the natural world and add to your stress. It feels good to be out working in my yard.
