Practicing a work life balance has helped to focus on ME TIME even if it's just for 5 minutes. It has relaxed my mind, body and soul which has helped relieve alot of stress.

    Tiffney Porter 4/30/2022 9:48 AM
During earth month I learned alot but here are a few. I learned where to dispose of old medication, trying a meatless meal which can be as simple as drinking a smoothie, making sure to turn off the water when brushing my teeth and turning off lights when not in the room. This challenge has helped me to become more aware of the simple things that can make a huge impact.
