    In our community, there is no gender barrier. However, there are still some people who still have a mindset that women should stay at home and do household chores, and men should work. Yes, I experience this but not at work.

    I was not aware that the most of the produce in the Dirty Dozen list are produce that i eat often. I will be more wary of buying from the red list and choose those in the green list instead

    The training gave a more in-depth discussion on how to have a sustainable living. Energy source decarbonization  is a new concept
