    Hand wash dishes instead of using the dishwasher and do full loads of laundry once a week.

    I actually moved last week to a new area which is super close to the river. So, I spent 30 minutes this morning just walking along the river and learning about my new area. It was super peaceful and was an energizing activity to do right before work.
