    The first step in practicing the work-life balance is realizing how important this is for one's health! This awareness once achieved you will never go back. This is me being thankful for the company benefits such as WFH policy :)

    Practicing mindfulness gives you a new perspective over one's life - in a way I feel that it gets you back in control with peace of mind and better perspective over the problems one is facing. I make a promise to practice this for two other months at least :)

    After several days of awareness on this topic - I truly believe we need to speak up and share the news. Family, friends could do so much too with such a small effort!
