    Buying cereals, grains, beans, seeds, rice, and pasta by weight helps reduce buying more than you need and in packaging. Good for your wallet and for the planet!

    Active listening enables both parties to take the opposite views and learn different points of thinking. This will help form a more concise your own ideas and understand better, why there are different points of view to yours.

    Spending time outside or away from a screen helps you reconnect with reality, grounding you into a more natural state. Connecting with nature will help your mental health as it lowers depression and anxiety levels

    Today I had a vegan kale and vegetable tortilla for lunch. Bought it already prepared from the supermarket. It is a great way to have something quick and easy to eat when you don't have time to cook.
