They feeds primarily on rooted aquatic plants. The island apple snail reproduces rapidly and established populations can pose a threat to beneficial littoral buffer plants. -

Patricia Clarke 4/19/2022 6:52 PMThroughout the day I practice mindfulness breathing and meditation from one of the many Apps I have (Peace, Calm or Headspace. It's good to just sit and be still and listen to nature or just your breathing. -
Patricia Clarke 4/19/2022 6:48 PMI not only practice my mindfulness during the day but at night I put on a 8 to 9 hours mindfulness recording with sounds and scripture reading which takes me through the night until I wake up in the morning. -
