    To minimize the use of clean water when flushing, I will put some plastic bottles inside the toilet tank so that less water is needed to fill the tank.

    I think there are ingredients in my sister's perfume that triggers my allergic rhinitis.

    We always bring/use eco-bags when we go to grocery stores.

    Excessive screen time during the pandemic affected my health. I suffered from sleep problems and anxieties.

    In terms of food, I will reduce my food waste by planning meals ahead of time, freezing the excess or composting food waste if possible.
    By transportation, if the destination is near, I will rather walk than take a public transportation. 
    In terms of home, we always practice "Switching lights off" when leaving and unplugging our electronic devices when not in use.

    Recycle rice water for plants since rice contains starch. It is beneficial to plants, encouraging healthy bacteria that grow in the roots.
