    I will reduce my carbon footprint by walking to nearby stores instead of using car. One practice that I always do even before is making sure all lights are turn off during daytime.

    The training helps me understands the difference with ESG, SDG and CSR. I sometimes get confused of those terms. I learned how Sustainability was develop.

    I am using tumbler for my water. I have a reusable spoon and fork and straw ready in my bag. I also bring extra food container for the take outs when eating in the restaurant
