May 7 at 8:30 PMIt was fun. I learned a lot!

May 7 at 10:35 AMIt was surprisingly difficult but it made me pick more sustainable options and made me realize where I struggled...not to mention what my worst offenders were for single use plastics. This has made me examine my habits more.

May 4 at 12:22 PMSpending time outdoors and tracking my purchases were challenges that I did not have much difficulty completing. It was a bit hard motivating myself to get outside when it was raining all day. I had not anticipated having such a difficult time practicing mindfulness and work life balance. I think that is eye-opener and something to be improved...

April 30 at 8:51 PMEating meatless and vegan meals was somewhat hard for me because I tend to eat meat quite a bit. I had a couple of plant based vegan Cesar salads, that even had plant based cheese. It was very interesting to try and I got kind of a sense of what plant based things tasted like. It was also cool to see how much that helps the planet.

April 30 at 3:00 PMSo many potatoes were involved in my breakfast meal. Since i peeled the potatoes, I had an abundance of skins, as part as my zero-waste practice, I used these skins as part of fertilizer, since they're fully biodegradable

April 28 at 3:28 PMWater-less products! I’m very excited about starting to include waterless products into my home and reducing my water footprint.
-
April 28 at 3:24 PMIt taught me a little more patience. I heard the whole story before reacting and we ended up having a short, efficient conversation.
