April 28 at 8:27 AMOnly a couple more days left in the eco-challenge! You are all doing great in staying on top of your actions and making a difference to your daily lives to help our planet. I hope you will be able to carry out these actions throughout the rest of the year!

April 26 at 9:22 AMBy spending more time inside, you miss so much of what is going on outside, the changes that are constantly happening in our environment. I also believe the more time we spend on a screen, the more we take for granted of what we have outside. With nicer weather, it's easy to spend time outside so I look forward to continuing to do that as...

April 20 at 4:27 PMI knew that strawberries and bell peppers were on the dirty dozen list but I didn't realize that kale, celery and spinach, which I eat a lot of, were too. I need to think more seriously about growing some of my own produce!

April 20 at 4:17 PMAs it pertains to sustainability, people will be less aware of the nature around them and perhaps less interested in preserving it. On a personal level, I believe they will be less healthy -- physically and mentally. Having worked out of my house for two years, I'm finding that I crave being outside more and more.

April 20 at 4:13 PMThis is amazing! The recipe is vegetarian but can easily be adjusted to make it vegan. Quick and healthy too!
