    simple Eggplant fry, just slice in a disk shape, marinate with salt and turmeric for 5 mins, then shallow fry with vegetable oil until it is soft. It is yammy.

    I love my induction cook top and I didn't realise how much cleaner it was, I am glad I made the better environmental choice without even knowing it and its great to have more knowledge now that I can share.
