Spending most of the time inside and on screen makes sick and depressive. Going outside and get connected with nature and get in touch in person are very important for a healthy lifestyle.

We make hot pots (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_pot) so it is easy to put the entire vegetable inside the soup to cook the food, and then eat the veggies (usually very melted) at the end.

As this challenge comes to an end, I feel extremely grateful to have had the chance to participate and contribute. It has made me reflect every day about the impact we can make as individuals.

I would consider using an induction cooking surface. It seems easy enough to use, looks good/modern, and environmental friendly.

We are members of a local farm share that starts in late spring and goes through early fall. We recently subscribed to a compost service that makes compost out of our food waste and napkins. I will look into our electric provider to see how much they use renewable energy and to see if other providers are better.

After years of lockdown,  Today I started doing Soccer with my friends

Its very good activity to learn so many new things in a consistent manner.

Its very important to learn all cultures as there are lot of good things to learn from past history
