    I  have learned to dispose old expired medicines is to search for a drug take back location in my area.  If one is not available,I would need to flush it or throw it in the trash,by removing labels off the bottle and placing it in a container or bag with coffee grounds or cat litter etc.

    I always,thought frozen vegetables and fruit were higher in sugar and price. Now, I'm learning that frozen vegetables and fruit are higher in vitamin and minerals also, cost effective.  It decreases your household food waste too, I will start shopping more frozen more often.

    I couldn't believe, that the same chemicals such as Plasticizers,Degreasers and Surfactants which, is used for removing grime,paint and ink etc. Is the same chemicals that is being put into our hygiene, beauty and skin care products.
