At the library parking lot event last night, I spoke to one of the librarians with whom I had shared my violet syrup experience. She and her daughter tried it and were very excited. It was fun for the two of them and her young daughter loves purple so they didn't add the lemon. They may try lemon on a portion, just to see the chemical change.
One never knows the impact one has just by sharing experiences.
