Equality was a linking factor across these SDG's, referring specifically to increased inequalities caused by the pandemic.  It is essential to promote equality for the global population, people of all ages, women and children.

It is hard to shut my brain off.  It takes practice. I am getting better about not feeling guilty for practicing mindfulness. 

Not enjoying and appreciating nature and the lack of communicating

I found a valuable resource that details all of the renters rights, and have always known the value of documenting everything in writing. 
As far as affordable housing, I learned that there are more homes than people, but lower income buyers are pushed out of available homes. Developers build more high price units, and wages have not kept pace with the cost of housing.
