Earth month is ending today and it's been a good one. I felt like I got to learn more about our environment. I've been eating more healthy and using less plastic. I'm also thinking of starting my own compost bin. I can't wait for next years eco challenge.

Earth month is coming to a close. I love that I got to learn more about my environment. I also read some sources about more ecological methods of agriculture. More people should be aware on what we can do for our environment.

Is fish “meat”? Yes, it is the muscle of an animal. But it is a more ecological form of meat because fish feed lower on the trophic pyramid than most of the common commercial legged meats. Of course, it depends on how the animal feeds: 100% grass fed four-leggeds are probably energetically more sustainable than farm-raised fish being fed...

I decided to interpret zero waste meals to be based on not generating any kind of waste. Because I compost energetically at home, I do not consider apple cores or vegetable scraps or the uneaten dried out heel of bread as waste. The eco challenge is coming to end. I have worked my hardest to keep the planet safe. Mother earth will be proud of me for my accomplishments. If I can convince the world about the earth, it can be a better place.

Today is earth day which is important day for Agro-Ecology. This is day where we celebrate the earth and what we can do for the environment. I'm doing my best this month to take care of the earth. I'm eating non - meat meals, taking care of my crops, and even decided to read a book about nature. I'm a person who respects our planet and it's...

As a professor, I try to model sustainable behaviors, like using low lighting in the classroom, reducing paper use, etc. The Eco Challenge seemed like a fun and demonstrative way to share and promote sustainability outside the classroom yet still involving my students in a team effort.

Earth day is coming up soon so we should have an event where invite people to respect our planet and it's ecosystem.

My goals are going good so far. I heard about this trip to a local trash center. I would love to go on this trip so I can learn more about the environment.
