Today I signed up to get info on Lending Libraries for things other than books; tools,etc. Sharing items rather than having to own everything makes sense.

By joining the C&STB I have been able to get a handyman to help me hang heavy paintings and art, as well as towel bars and wall hooks, in exchange for the hours I've earned doing mending and gardening for others.

Check into installing low flow faucets. 

I will reduce my water use by adding low flow faucets. I already take showers under 5 minutes. 

I voted today. I knew I would be out of state on May 3rd, so I voted today. Unfortunately, I have heard little on climate change and sustainability in the campaign advertisements.  Upon leaving the voting location they asked if I would be interested in being a poll worker. I said I was voting today because I wold be gone on election day....

I buy blueberries a lot, and they come in thin ventilated plastic clamshell containers. They used to be sold in small cardboard like open containers. I wish the suppliers could go back to this. Does anyone know why the change? Could be cost or Covid related protection. I will have to research this.
