    I chose this action because I am aware of a few but thought I should learn more about combatting their existence in the area. The 'rabbit holes' I have fallen down have not provided much information however I intend to keep looking and plant some native plants in a small area of my yard.

    I make an effort to speak with 2 people outside of my household daily. Typically one is family and one friend. I am happy to share "wins" with them and get them at least thinking of how they can make small decisions that will lead to big impacts.

    I have heard of the clean fifteen and dirty dozen foods. I decided to check in on my knowledge and found that an item I thought was clean is actually dirty. I try to purchase organic on many items and this one- spinach- will be organic moving forward.

    It was magical to spend my birthday with an outdoor beach outing and enjoying a vegetarian lunch. Sometimes I take for granted the beauties hiding in my state. Without nature we wouldn’t have the ability to enjoy this view; the peace, the tranquility of the sand on your toes, the salt water on your skin and the refreshing coastal breeze.

    Today I had the most successful morning meditation. I was able to focus entirely on setting my goals in my thoughts and tuned out any outside noise. The best part of my session is the gratefulness, where I list things I am grateful for, like having a great job, a home, food and health.
