REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat is easy for you to do when having a constructive conversation and what is challenging? What tips do you have for having a constructive conversation?
Ariadna Zurita 4/13/2022 7:09 AMConstructive conversations are getting easier for me but it's still hard to not be harsh or over critical with people sometimes. I think the most important thing is to make sure you aren't criticizing but helping and that you also listen at the feed back and construct on that. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Ariadna Zurita 4/07/2022 7:44 AMThere is a lack of appreciation for the outdoors, also people miss to see the changes in seasons and the growth of life (animal or plant). By people being inside it's easier to ignore the bad changes as well, i.e. pollution, water impact, trash around, etc. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat surprised you about the two produce lists? How will you use these lists for your grocery shopping? Have you used these lists before?
Ariadna Zurita 4/01/2022 9:24 AMWhat surprised me was that there were frozen peas included. I will be careful on the type of vegetables I buy and make sure I wash accordingly prior to consumption. I had not seen this lists before.
