    Less emissions, environmental, and socioeconomical negative impacts if you support local businesses, farmers, and producers. It's also more sustainable in terms of you're investing in your own community.

    It's not too hard to mend minor rips and items that come unattached. For larger pieces where you have to get additional cloth to patch a piece of clothing, I would recommend using old items that you're thinking of throwing away and reusing that fabric to mend your nicer clothes you wanna fix
