REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityHow did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?
Blondell Thomas 4/13/2022 6:40 AMI have incorporated the entire vegetable in salads, they make them extra crunchy and I really like it. I will try to organize the weekly meals and will keep a list of the things that I have in the fridge. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat is easy for you to do when having a constructive conversation and what is challenging? What tips do you have for having a constructive conversation?
Blondell Thomas 4/13/2022 6:36 AMFor me is easy to make eye contact, but sometimes is difficult to keep my attention all the time, but I will try to do mental notes to help me to be concentrated. -
Blondell Thomas 4/08/2022 11:04 AMI really like the ideas that we are able to find meanwhile we are learning, for example, I would like to install a rain catchment tank to use to wet the plants and wash the car. -
