REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityDo you have any tips for others on finding locations that accept products for safe disposal?
Dorothy Tait 4/25/2022 5:53 AMI learned that the local police stations take back expired medicines as well as some drug stores and the local hazmat collection events. I have a back of expired prescription medicines and will be disposing of them as soon as I can get to one of these places. -

Dorothy Tait 4/25/2022 5:34 AMEvery time I pull out a zip lock bag or the Saran Wrap, I look for an alternative such as existing multi-use sealed glass or plastic containers. -
Dorothy Tait 4/25/2022 5:32 AMI repaired a ripped teddy bear for my grandson. He kept showing me his teddy's boo-boo and was so thrilled when it was fixed. I will see what else I can tackle. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & EcosystemsWhat plastic or single-use items do you regularly use? What did you substitute or could be substituted?
Dorothy Tait 4/09/2022 7:35 AMI am going back to using the refillable coffee pod instead of the single-use ones for my morning coffee. It's very easy and reduces the use of everyday plastic containers.
