    Deconstructed eggroll is delicious! I substituted some of the ingredients to use up the veg I had on hand, passed on the plum sauce, (and added some ramen noodles) and it was fast and easy - and it made great leftovers, too. https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/vegan-egg-roll-in-a-bowl/
