    What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

    Potential for lack of creativity, less desire to actually go outside - when you don't feel the benefits you don't know the benefits and strive to achieve them.  Likely less energy, possibly weight gain, reduction in eye-sight, dependencies on digital affirmations and depression from observing the best of others without the context of the full picture.

    It allows for a refresh, a break, a clearer mind and usually a jolt of energy.  It prepares me for taking more sustainable actions, encouraging my family to do the same.

    We eat a lot off of both lists in my house, but certainly more of the favorites come from the dirty dozen.  Which is unfortunate, but given the consumption of the skin on most of those items, not surprising.
