Today is the second to last day of the vedge pledge. We had 36 participants and over 100 tuned in to my presentation on the environmental, social and health impacts of food choices. Drawdown still lists food based choices are food waste and choosing plant-based foods as the top methods for reducing GHG emissions. These are choices people can make every day that make a difference.

So far the challenge has been really good. Every year it's a good reminder to set up time to plant tress or take a tour of a local sustainable place or give a talk
