Julie Sinistore 4/29/2022 6:54 AMToday is the second to last day of the vedge pledge. We had 36 participants and over 100 tuned in to my presentation on the environmental, social and health impacts of food choices. Drawdown still lists food based choices are food waste and choosing plant-based foods as the top methods for reducing GHG emissions. These are choices people can make every day that make a difference. -
