Komal Shah 4/07/2022 9:34 AMOver the past few months - as we learn to adapt from my husband's recent Open Heart Bypass - spending more time learning to better our health and also learning to change my mindset to focus on longer term healthier lifestyle choices, it's so awesome to be able to participate in this challenge and be inspired by others.
