REFLECTION QUESTIONEducation & LivelihoodAfter learning more about investing, how can you increase positive impacts and decrease negative impacts?
Caitie Santo 4/12/2022 8:14 AMWow, what an exciting topic. I had the opportunity to attend a webinar called "Ethical Investing 101" hosted by Bravely Go, a women and minority-funded company focused on financial feminism and activism. The webinar was incredibly engaging and was focused on how can we center our money around our values. I also received a discount to her new course and workbook focused on ethical investing. I am so excited to continue this learning journey and exploring how I can put my money where my values are! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?
Caitie Santo 4/07/2022 12:42 PMJournaling has been a very meditative practice for me but it became a challenge when I began commuting into work. Now I've found that if I wake up earlier (let's say 6 AM), I have the time to slowly get going, eat a nice breakfast, maybe drink some coffee, and get into a meditative state without feeling rushed. I'm excited to continue integrating these early-morning journal sessions into my days.
