    How can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place? Was there a new place in your region that was exciting to learn about and visit?

    Spending time outdoors can benefit you in different ways. The place I visited was a park where both children and adults used to spend their time in evening and morning. This was a well maintained place where volunteers clean up the place everyday and a music system and workout equipment were setup for common people. Spending some time there will make you feel connected to nature. Also it will help to reduce stress and anxiety arising from work.

    Active listening makes both participants in the conversation feel better. Also it builds trust and strong relationships. Active listening makes you connect to people more deeper than in a usual conversation

    What was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?

    One of the tastiest vegan meal I had was a carrot and coriander soup today. I made it myself. Here goes the recipe
    Method
    Step 1: 
    Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan add 1 chopped onion, then fry for 5 mins until softened.
    Step 2:
    Stir in 1 tsp ground coriander and 1 chopped potato, then cook for 1 min
    Step 3:
    Add the 450g peeled and chopped carrots and 1.2l vegetable or chicken stock, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat.
    Step 4:
    Cover and cook for 20 mins until the carrots are tender.
    Step 5:
    Tip into a food processor with a handful of coriander then blitz until smooth (you may need to do this in two batches). Return to pan, taste, add salt if necessary, then reheat to serve.

    Excited to be part of Earth month eco challenge 2022. Selected additional actions to be completed. Thrilled to complete all of them in coming days. Yay!!

    Earth month eco challenge 2022 helped me to start practising small but effective and mindful activities everyday. These were somethings I always wanted to practise but always set aside for a future slot. But this challenge made me realise that even without spending lot of time per day you could make considerable difference in life through small steps
