REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat is easy for you to do when having a constructive conversation and what is challenging? What tips do you have for having a constructive conversation?
Ross Ross 4/11/2022 1:06 PMI think its challenging that we as people can often feel personally attacked. One thing that I do when having constructive conversations is try to understand what that person is seeing and understanding and try to find some common-ground to better understand how both parties can not only agreed but be on the same page at the end of the conversation. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONEducation & LivelihoodWhat was it like to actively listen to someone? How did both people and the conversation benefit from active listening?
Ross Ross 4/11/2022 12:56 PMLearning to constantly be aware of how we enter conversations is difficult, For me active listening is like being apart of a move a true story tv show or something, you get to have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions, understand every aspect of a story of a person if only you listen.. I think all the people I share this experience with came out of it with a deeper understand\ing of each other. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat was it like to practice mindfulness? If this is a practice for you already, what was something new you understood in practicing during Earth Month?
