Steven Rosenthal 4/23/2022 1:21 PMToday we went to the Bexley Eco Fair. It was very interesting to us. We learned about recycling and composting, Swaco was there along with many other vendors. It is wonderful to see how many people that were there. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?
Steven Rosenthal 4/20/2022 7:43 AMI live in a condo, so I don't have a lot of control over the water use in the building and outside. We have a small amount of outside lawn and some planters. We have 32 units. We have low volume flush toilets and low flow shower heads. Our overall water use is relatively low. Water conservation is a priority. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWith 5-minute or less showers reducing your water footprint, what do you plan to add next to your water conservation habits?
Steven Rosenthal 4/05/2022 11:21 AMI plan to stop letting the water run when I brush my teeth.-

REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?
Steven Rosenthal 4/05/2022 8:30 AMThe tastiest vegan meal that I ate recently is vegetarian chili made with lentils. This is one of my favorite recipes. Ingredients are olive oil, onion, red pepper, garlic, canned tomatoes, 2 cans kidney beans, 1/2 cup of dried lentils simmered in water until tender, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, and 1/4 cup cornmeal stirred in at the end to thicken. The recipe is from The Complete Vegetarian Cuisine by Rose Elliot. Enjoy with grated cheese if you want.-
