REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Eric Rodrigue 4/05/2022 7:49 AMI feel I am personally on the opposite side of that Paradyme. The majority of my screen time is at work; however, I have still traded some of my evening news, and TV watching time (much of which included Surfing on my phone) for outdoor evening gardening and reflecting on day's events while listening to radio news and trying to be more active! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEducation & LivelihoodHow does practicing a work-life balance create a more sustainable life for you? How might it contribute to sustainability more broadly?
Eric Rodrigue 4/05/2022 7:43 AMAlthough daily check-ins and posting are not something I am in the habit of doing, and still find to be an inconvenience, I have found merit in some daily reflection time. Mainly late afternoon and evenings in our newly planted garden and discussing eco habits learned or shared from others... Not only makes me see the merit in the habit but makes me feel selfish for resisting the shares consistently. I true growth opportunity for me. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & EcosystemsHow can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place? Was there a new place in your region that was exciting to learn about and visit?
Eric Rodrigue 4/01/2022 5:12 PMWorked out of town, unable to explore today. Planning outing for tomorrow. -
Eric Rodrigue 4/01/2022 7:20 AMReady to join in on this journey and learn more ways to improve sustainability habits in my life.
