Throughout the day, I will note the single-use plastics I use and consider the reusable options available to me.

I will practice actively listening to a friend, family member, co-worker, peer, or someone who has a different experience/identity for 20 conversations per day.

I will calculate my water footprint and look for a few ways I can reduce consumption or waste.

Each day, I will spend 30 minutes exploring a new area around my neighborhood (e.g., park, water body, nearby trail, community garden, green space, etc.).

I will save up to 6 gallons (23 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers. Tip: Use a timer to practice or count to 60 a few times.

Get involved within a team in my company to help establish the foundations for building an environmental sustainability strategy
