    I have been practicing mindfulness for several years. It has helped reduce my anxiety.

    My ability to mend clothing is limited to sewing on buttons. I wish I have paid to more attention in my home economics classes in school.

    I don't remember when the last time I had to clean any dead bugs off of my windshield. Flying insects have been drastically reduced. That's scary!

    I have seen the Dirty Dozen list in the past. They are all my favorite vegetables. I have been avoiding many of those foods from the grocery store and buy them at Farmer's Market. I have no idea if that food is just regular vegetables or if they are locally sourced organic foods.

    I am elated their are people in governments around the world who care about climate change. Getting big business onboard will be problematic. Regulations by governments will need to be developed and enforce. Being part of the insurance industry, we have the power to charge Fossil Fuel industry higher premiums to offset our costs to repair damage caused by climate change.

    The big factors for my water use are food production and shipping. I will cut back on my purchases and opt for having items shipped in one box and not multiple separate shipments. Reducing shower times has helped the entire family reduce our personal water consumption.
