Water-less products! I’m very excited about starting to include waterless products into my home and reducing my water footprint.

It taught me a little more patience. I heard the whole story before reacting and we ended up having a short, efficient conversation.

Todays water was nearly all the way cold. I had taken my shower so early in the morning and so quickly that the water didn’t have time to warm up. Weirdly enough, it felt invigorating! Kind of a cool way to start a busy day.

In addition to listening more intentionally, I’ve been communicating more effectively. Mostly with my coworkers. Taking the time to think about my words and consider they effect. It’s been really nice

One of my eco challenges was to actively listen to at least 2 people. I think it’s going well. I’m listening and being more intentional with my words.
