The goal of this action is to reduce the environmental and social impacts of food choices and gain awareness about these impacts.     Today I participated in the series for the vedge pledge in a presentation around food and its environmental impact.

    It's been great! I have been cutting down on my animal consumption in the form of cheese and have enjoyed tracking how many meals I eat that are vegan or aren't!
