Rajesh Narasimhan 4/30/2022 7:52 PMLot of information that were useful and wouldn't have thought off in case of emergency was available. Gave a new perspective of how to be ready when a situation occurs. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWhat was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?
Rajesh Narasimhan 4/30/2022 7:45 PMIndian spicy sauce with eggplant on white rice was the vegan meal I had today. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & EcosystemsWhat is one way you will reduce your carbon foorprint? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your carbon footprint?
Rajesh Narasimhan 4/04/2022 8:30 PMreduce my trips to grocery store by car and try to combine many trips into one. I have changed my water heater to tankless where the water is instantly heated and not heated in a tank all the time and wait for use. -

Rajesh Narasimhan 4/04/2022 8:22 PMSpotted lanternfly. they decimate fruits and trees and endanger local ecosystem. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & EquityWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

-
REFLECTION QUESTIONEducation & LivelihoodWhat was it like to actively listen to someone? How did both people and the conversation benefit from active listening?
Rajesh Narasimhan 4/01/2022 10:41 AMActive listening is engaging and makes the other person in conversation more lively. Active listening encourages the other person to open up more and making them to be well understood which might not be the case if we don't show any interest in their conversation. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & SecurityWith 5-minute or less showers reducing your water footprint, what do you plan to add next to your water conservation habits?
Rajesh Narasimhan 4/01/2022 10:39 AMPlanning to encourage my kids and spouse to follow the same to reduce water footprint. -
Rajesh Narasimhan 4/01/2022 10:38 AMThrough schools, encourage knowledge on water conservation to kids which inturn will pass to their parents. Usage of social media effectively with fun facts and humor but serious information should be employed to inform public. Apps in the cellphones will be more effective way to communicate since most of the community members have one now a days.
